Hi!  I'm Jeri Talbott.  Welcome to my website!  I'm really glad you dropped in!
     I have been a full time professional Realtor since 1989, and I specialize in residential property sales in the West Inland Valley and beyond.  I have an extensive background in pre-foreclosure, REO, divorce, probate, move-up, first-timers, and elegant home sales.  I am very proud to have consistently helped hundreds of homeowners reach their goals in every market environment.  
     I have 28 years of experience in sales, marketing, and training.  I worked for a large National corporation in these capacities for 7 years prior to becoming a professional Realtor.
     I take my responsibilities to my clients very seriously as stated in my Mission and Vision Statements.
     I have recently been awared the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification by the National Association of Realtors®
the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.  Fewer than 4% of Realtors nationwide have earned the creditial.

     I was born and raised in Arcadia, CA, and moved to the Rancho Cucamonga area in 1984.  My husband, Tom, and I have lived in our current home since 1989.  


     My hobbies are gardening, boating and fishing.
